Indian Day! -Having Wonderful Day-

I had a very fantastic event called "Indian Day" held by "Japan India Student Conference".

They called Indian people working in Japan and had us do some discussion and cultural exchange.

I talked to many Indian people nicely and they seemed to be what is called elite...

Watching great dancers that is from Orissa, I learnt Orissi dance! It was very hard to move all the part of my body so slowly...I'm gonna have pain with my thigh tomorrow. But I'd love to continue it.

After having conference and dance lesson, we had a dinner party at the Indian restaurant. The guy from U.S. (See the photo) who got the master's degree in music, played Indian music with Japanese musical instrument "shakuhachi" . It was one of most amazing performance that I'd ever seen before.

According to him, shakuhachi can express a number of musical scale that Western music can not do. He diverted it into Indian rhythm with Shakuhachi. He said he put a software (Indian rhythm) into hardware(Japanese musical instrument). Awesome!

Having been impressed by him, I asked him to teach me his philosophy and finally got some regimes and contact number. I made new friends again in this month!

So...I need to back to my work (writing graduation thesis) :-D I don't wanna do this!
